My welcome code does not work after subscribing

 

If your welcome code does not work after signing up for our newsletter, please try these two solutions below:


1. Please make sure you use the same email address to subscribe to the newsletter and make the purchase. For example, you will not be able to make the purchase using taylor@auraliestudio.com when you sign up for the newsletter using taylor1063@auraliestudio.com.


2. Our system is still processing your subscription. Most of the time, our system process newsletter subscription immediately. However, it will take up to 24 hours for the system to sync on rare occasions.
