Discount Codes Terms and Condition

1. All items purchased with discount code are final sale, and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. Exception is for code INTENTIONAL10 - order purchased with code INTENTIONAL10 can be returned.

2. Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively after purchase. Please contact us for assistance should you encounter any problem with discount codes before making the purchase.

Did not receive your welcome code after subscribing? 

If your welcome code does not work after signing up for our newsletter, please try these two solutions below:

1. Please make sure you use the same email address to subscribe to the newsletter and make the purchase. For example, you will not be able to make the purchase using taylor@auraliestudio.com when you sign up for the newsletter using taylor1063@auraliestudio.com.

2. Our system is still processing your subscription. Most of the time, our system process newsletter subscription immediately. However, it will take up to 24 hours for the system to sync on rare occasions.
