Shipping & Return Policy


Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in Seattle, WA, pending availability and credit verification.  Orders placed after 12pm PST will be processed the next day. Orders placed on Friday after 12pm PST will begin processing the following Monday. Transit and processing times do not include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.



FREE Shipping on all U.S. orders over $150 (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).


Canada and International

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, or customs costs. 



Orders canceled for store credit do not incur any fees. Order cancellations for refund to the original form of payment incur a 4.9% processing fee. Why am I charged a restocking fee?



All packages that are refused or returned to sender for any reasons are subject to surcharge fees that are billed to us by the couriers.




Returns and Exchanges must be initiated and post-marked within 14 days of the order date. 

Any returns & exchanges requested or postmarked after this period will not be accepted.

  • Lingerie, apothecary, earrings, hair items, hats, and socks
  • Full Price item
  • All marked down items
  • Items purchased with discount code INTENTIONAL10.
  • Items purchased with discount code (excluding INTENTIONAL10)



To be eligible for refunds, items must be unwashed and unworn, in their original packaging with tags attached, intact hygiene strips (for swimwear), and undamaged shoeboxes (for footwear)

Please kindly fill out the form at the bottom of this page and we will assign an RMA to your eligible return. Please ship with your preferred shipping method to the return address provided in the RMA email. You must provide us with a tracking number showing that it is postmarked by the 14th day of the order.

Insurance is suggested. We are not responsible for items not received due to shipping issues while in transit.


Final Sale Item(s):

Final Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned for refund/store credit. No exceptions.  




We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, item, etc. kindly place a new order and return your current full-priced item for a refund.



Returns that do not meet our policy may be refused and sent back to customers.
