Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING / PICK-UP


Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in Seattle, WA, pending availability and credit verification.  Orders placed after 12pm PST will be processed the next day. Orders placed on Friday after 12pm PST will begin processing the following Monday. Transit and processing times do not include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.

 

Domestic

FREE Shipping on all U.S. orders over $299 (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).

 

Seattle / Washington State

We offer FREE local pickup in Seattle Monday-Friday, 10am - 5pm PST.

Canada and International

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Please note all mail carriers are experiencing delays due to Covid-19, especially International shipping. Please allow extra time from the estimated delivery provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, or customs costs. 

 

CANCELLATIONS 

Orders canceled for store credit do not incur any fees. Order cancellations for refund to the original form of payment incur a 4.9% processing fee. Why am I charged a restocking fee?

 

RETURNED TO SENDER PARCELS

All packages that are refused or returned to sender for any reasons are subject to surcharge fees that are billed to us by the couriers.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

Returns and Exchanges must be initiated and post-marked within 14 days of the order date. 

Any returns & exchanges requested or postmarked after this period will not be accepted.

 

What's considered as final sale: What's considered as non-final sale:
  • Lingerie, swimwear, apothecary, earrings, hair items, hats, and socks
  • Full Price item
  • All marked down items
  • Items purchased with discount code INTENTIONAL10.
  • Items purchased with discount code (excluding INTENTIONAL10)

 

Returns

Non-final sale item(s):

      1. Items must be unwashed and unworn, in their original packaging with tags attached, intact hygiene strips (for swimwear), and undamaged shoeboxes (for footwear)
      2. Returns for store credits are entirely FREE. For refunds made to the original form of payment, the cost of the return label and a 4.9% restocking fee will be deducted from the return. Why am I charged a restocking fee?

 

Final Sale Item(s):

Final Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned for refund/store credit. No exceptions.  

 

Exchanges

Exchanges can be accommodated at customers' expense. Please fill out the request form on the portal below. We will then invoice you the cost of the return label and the label for shipping the new item. Please allow approximately 7-15 business days for your return to be delivered, processed at our facility, and for your exchange order to ship out to you.

Suppose you need the new item earlier than the timeframe mentioned above, please kindly place a new order and return your current item(s).

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Please email us for the return address and ship with your preferred shipping method. International return labels must provide a tracking number, and insurance is suggested. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Returns that do not meet our policy may be refused and sent back to customers.
