Refunds for store credit are free. For refunds to the original form of payment, $10 will be deducted from the refund to cover shipping and restocking fee.
Refunds for store credit are free. For refunds to the original form of payment, $6 will be deducted from the refund to cover restocking fee. Please ship with your preferred shipping method. International return labels must provide a tracking number.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the order date.
- Sale items discounted 30% or greater are final sale and cannot be returned.
- All sale items purchased with a promotional discount code are final sale and cannot be returned.
- All goods must be returned unworn and in perfect condition with all original tags attached
- Shoes must be returned unworn. The shoe box should not have tape on it and is not torn.
- Please note that due to health & hygiene laws, the following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges: intimates/lingerie, swimwear, cosmetics/apothecary, jewelry, hair items, hats.
Exchanges are not automated at this time. To make an exchange, return the original items for a full refund or store credit and place a new order.
