SHIPPINGOrders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from our warehouse in Seattle, WA, pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed after 12pm PST will be processed the next day. Orders placed on Friday after 12pm PST will begin processing the following Monday. Transit and processing times do not include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
FREE Expedited Shipping (3-5 business days) on all U.S. orders over $198 (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).
Canada and International
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, or customs costs. More information on customs and duties fees is on #7 on this page.
Order cancellations incur a 4.9% processing fee. Why am I charged a restocking fee?
RETURNED TO SENDER PARCELS
All packages that are refused or returned to sender for any reasons are subject to surcharge fees that are billed to us by the couriers.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns and Exchanges must be initiated and post-marked within 14 days of the order date.
Any returns & exchanges requested or postmarked after this period will not be accepted.

To be eligible for refunds, items must be unwashed and unworn, in their original packaging with tags attached, intact hygiene strips (for swimwear), and undamaged shoeboxes (for footwear). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Final Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned for refund/store credit. No exceptions.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, item, etc. kindly place a new order and return your current full-priced item for a refund.
Returns that do not meet our policy may be refused and sent back to customers.
