Returns & Exchanges


  1. We accept returns of unwashed, unworn merchandise in its original packaging with tags attached, intact hygiene strips (for swimwear), and undamaged shoeboxes (for footwear) within 14 days of the order date. Any returns requested or postmarked after this period will not be accepted. Items tagged “Final Sale”, lingerie, apothecary, earrings, hair items, hats, and socks are final sale and cannot be returned for refund or store credit. 
  2. Full-price items purchased with discount codes (except FREEXPRESS) can only be returned for store credit. Read more about discount codes here.
  3. Markdown items (without final sale tag) can be returned for store credit. Markdown items purchased with discount code are final sale, no refund or store credit.
  4. Four percent restocking fee and the cost of return label will be deducted from the return for refunds made to the original form of payment. Returns for store credits are not subject to any restocking fee. We will only deduct the cost of return label. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.



After confirmation, we will invoice you the cost of the return label and the label for shipping the new item. We will ship the new item to you upon receipt of returned merchandise.

Exchanges must be initiated and post-marked within 14 days of the order date and are only processed after an invoice is cleared. We are not able to reserve or guarantee stock in advance. 



We are currently unable to create return labels for orders outside of the United States. Please email us for the return address and ship with your preferred shipping method. International return labels must provide a tracking number, and insurance is suggested. Initial shipping fees are nonrefundable.


Returns that do not meet our policy may be refused and sent back to customers.
