Returns & Exchanges

Refunds for store credit are free. For refunds to the original form of payment, the cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund. Initial shipping fees are nonrefundable.
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of the order date. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer any refund/ exchange.
- Sale items greater than 30% off are final sale and cannot be returned.
- All sale items purchased with a promotional discount code are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Full price items purchased with discount code of 30% off or greater are final sale.
- All goods must be returned unworn and in its original packaging with all original tags attached
- Shoes must be returned unworn. The shoe box should not have tape on it and is not torn.
- Please note that due to health & hygiene laws, the following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges: intimates/lingerie, swimwear, cosmetics/apothecary, jewelry, hair items, hats.
Please email us to confirm available inventory. After confirmation, we will invoice you the cost of the return label and the label for shipping the new item. We will ship the new item to you in 1-2 days upon receipt of returned merchandise
Exchanges must be initiated and post-marked within 14 days of order date, and are only processed after invoice is cleared. We are not able to reserve or guarantee stock in advance.
We are currently unable to create return labels for orders outside of the United States. Please email us for the return address and ship with your preferred shipping method. International return labels must provide a tracking number and insurance is suggested. Initial shipping fees are nonrefundable.
